2. What ClusterDrill is

ClusterDrill is an educational study aid for people preparing for interviews in AI and GPU cluster operations. It contains multiple-choice troubleshooting questions, guided incident labs, and a simulated cluster environment that runs entirely in your browser.

The simulated cluster is a model, not real hardware. Command output is written to resemble the output of real tools closely enough to be useful for practice. It is not a substitute for a real system, and you must not rely on it for operating production infrastructure.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to NVIDIA, Mellanox, or any other hardware or software vendor, nor with any employer you may be interviewing with. Product and technology names are used descriptively only.

We do not promise any employment outcome. Nothing in ClusterDrill guarantees that you will pass an interview or obtain a job.

3. Accounts

The free tier requires no account. To access paid content you sign in with Google or with an email sign-in link. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure, and for everything done through it.

Your purchase is personal to you. You may not share, resell, sublicense or transfer your account or your access.

4. What you are buying

A purchase gives you access for 1 month from the date of that purchase. It is a single payment. Nothing renews automatically, no payment details are stored for reuse, and there is nothing to cancel.

When the period ends, access to paid content stops. The free questions and the simulated cluster remain available. You may buy a further period at any time. If you buy an additional pack while a period is running, your whole account is extended to 1 month from that later purchase.

Prices are shown at checkout and include VAT where it applies. If you are outside the euro area, checkout may present the price converted into your local currency; the amount shown before you pay is the amount you are charged.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe through its Managed Payments service. Stripe acts as the merchant of record and the seller of record for your purchase: it handles the transaction, charges and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt and invoice. Their terms apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your card details.

At checkout, on your receipt and on your bank or card statement, this appears as Link — Stripe's name for the service that sells to you on our behalf. A statement line reading LINK.COM* alongside our name is your ClusterDrill purchase, not a separate charge.

Refund decisions are ours. See the Refund Policy.

6. Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once supply has begun, provided you gave express prior consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal (Article 6:230p under g of the Dutch Civil Code, implementing Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Access to ClusterDrill is granted immediately after payment.

Regardless of the above, we voluntarily offer a 14-day refund — see the Refund Policy. That policy is more generous than the law requires and does not reduce any statutory right you may have.

7. The content may change

ClusterDrill is maintained. We add, revise, correct and remove questions, labs and reference material over time, and we may change how features work. This is expected: what you buy is access to the product as it stands during your period, not to a fixed set of files.

We will not, however, reduce the product so substantially during your period that it no longer resembles what you paid for. If we ever did, you would be entitled to a proportionate refund.

8. Acceptable use

You may use ClusterDrill for your own learning and interview preparation. You may not:

All content is our intellectual property or used under licence. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the duration of your access period, and nothing more.

9. Availability

We aim to keep ClusterDrill available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because of failures at hosting or payment providers. Extended downtime that materially deprives you of your access period will be compensated by extending that period or by a proportionate refund, at your choice.

10. Liability

ClusterDrill is study material. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost opportunities or earnings, or for decisions you make in reliance on the content — including anything you do to real infrastructure.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection rules. Where our liability is limited, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event.

11. Ending your access

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms — in particular section 8. Where the breach is not serious and can be put right, we will contact you first. If we terminate for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of your period.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy is the version that governs your purchase for that period. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and we will not apply them retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

13. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country's law.

If something goes wrong, please email us first at info@impossible-labs.io — most problems are resolved that way, quickly. Consumers in the Netherlands can find independent guidance from ConsuWijzer, the information desk of the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets. Disputes that cannot be resolved may be brought before the competent Dutch courts, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
